Hey guys, i recently got banned and i'm still waiting for a ticket reply from them 
I was wondering, is this a perm ban?

It should say if it's a perm ban or a timed one. Read the email again.

I think it's a perm ban because I heard many people have that they could prove that they own that account and so no-one gets it. :/

You're fucked, deal with it. Everyone who have violated the terms of service will get a permanent ban, they would mind it if you have a very good excuse but nine of the ten times they won't do it.
