BANNED? How long?

Hey guys, i recently got banned and i'm still waiting for a ticket reply from them

I was wondering, is this a perm ban?

Is this a temp ban or a perm ban? =o =/

Sadly enough they didn't send me ANY email. I had to send them a ticket to receive this reply.

I think it's a perm ban because I heard many people have that they could prove that they own that account and so no-one gets it. :/

You're fucked, deal with it. Everyone who have violated the terms of service will get a permanent ban, they would mind it if you have a very good excuse but nine of the ten times they won't do it.

Oh yes, they have banned all my accounts except my clan master account that has had AP spent on it. I've had that email 7 or 8 times.
