Best non-spec gear setup for Quar?

Mutagen!

If you're trying to Freerun w\o kills, use a normal backpack (slot +1) for a full 28% speed. Zombies gunna hate.

plus the muta provides extra ammo.

Emods can't tell if you have mutagen on as a human.

You don't HAVE to activate mutagen as a mutant.

I kinda of agree,
some times I get kicked when I kept asking for rules.
When room says no muta I never use and I hardly get kick.

Well , I use

Cyclops +7
Anti flash goggles +3
Recon vest +15
Modular backpack -5 speed

Adds up to 20 speed , decent. Although if you use utility , clan or terrain , it's about 22 speed. So i'd say go for the 3 slot backpacks so you have as much speed as you can get

When I Free Run, I use :

Cyclops bandana
Prankster bandana
Recon vest
Modular Backpack (for kills)
or + 1 backpack (for little kills)

Non-spec basically just buy the biggest backpack you can and fill it with double mines, rpg, law, and nades.

Nigga what're you saying , cyclops+Us mask + recon= 25 speed. It's not even possible to get 28% speed LOL.
