No they are not, as the zZzetz/S dll still works ok if you inject correctly.

Riddick is right , the zzzetas dll works fine.I use canadian ject and works fine

If you're coding your own, the only real way to keep it from being detected is to make your code change so it's different every time it's run. That way the anticheat can't put a sig scan on it. This however is much easier said than done.
