Yeah, you're all rigght. If you want to use some cheap method, you can do as you want. With my method you can keep you account verified for how long you want and you can withdraw the money and use it as a form of prepaid card with no ID verification/validation whatsoever.
You can chose 3$ methods but sooner or later they'll expire and you'll have to buy a new vcc and so on.

BTW this is no VCC. You'll do this on your own once I provide you the necessary steps. You'll just need a little help from me.
