FREE! Paypal Verification Method

Hi I'm here to release a free paypal verification method.
1.Go here and click on open an account https://www.netspend.com/
2.Fill in information (it can be fake :0 but for the address make sure its a valid address(doesn't have to be ur address.)
3.When account is created and you have made an online account go under the add/mange money tab and hit paypal transfers.)
4.Do what the page tell you to fill in all the information to get verified
5.On paypal when it ask to verify your statement wait 3-5 and add in the information from netspend on transactions
6 Vouilla you are done and you have a verified paypal account
