I'm selling a Steam account for $15 to @dontkikmydog
He's requesting that I use an OMM.

I'm not sure what else to do as this is my first time using an OMM.

Go on outlook.com, go to People, then in the top you'll see Manage, click on that. Go to Invite on Messenger, and enter my hotmail there.

No, you can just use outlook.com, instructions on how to add are in my previous post.
