Please some one say to me what is shared video memory I set it 1024 MB will I experience any difference with FPS if I set it 64 or 128 or 256 or 512 MB ?
What should I set it ? I have 4GB memory .

wth ? You mean using RAM as video memory ?
Do this: Rigth click on My Computer => Properties => Performance Information and Tools => Adjust Visual Effects => Advanced => Virtual Memory (press the "Change" button) You tell me what to change there if I have 4 GB RAM
