BF3 Reticule ? ? ?

My eyes have a hard time seeing light colors, hence BF3's while reticule. Is it possible to edit the color of your reticule in BF3, if not, give all your weapons the shotgun reticule?

I would not recommend doing that. PunkBuster takes little screen shots of your screen as you play. This would mean they would see your modified crosshairs, and immediately issue you a ban.
