Hey guys i got blocked for chargeback but i didnt ask for refunt anyway i payed again and i got redunt again.... what should i do???

What is the paying service you're using? If it's Paypal, make sure your account there is verified.

how would i know if my paypal is verified? i've never used it before really.

Go to paypal's site and look for anything that have to do with your accounts verification.. If you don't find anything, I've got no idea what's going on LOL.
Altho, Z8 did stated they have some problems with the many payment services they've got so maybe that have something to do with your situation..
