This is what they answered so i payed them 19 dollars... 3 days have passed and no answer from them! i am very angry with them because they say i hack next they say i made chargeback next i pay them and they ignore me! what should i do?

Just give it some time, trust me. If they don't do anything, you have the right to sue them (depending on where you live). Did you somehow exploit their system? Maybe that's why.

i just sent them multiple of messeges because they where ignoring me and they steel do.. if i live in cyprus can i sue them?

@nikosdio whoever owns the credit car you used to buy zp has ordered a chargeback. you will have to pay back the amount to Z8Games or your account will stay blocked

Trust me just give it sometime spamming them won't make it better. Plus maybe they're contacting your bank or something which takes many business days.

I have the same issue : "Your account was blocked on 5/21/2013 12:28:45 PM EST and will not be unblocked until 6/5/2013 12:28:45 PM EST". I sent support ticket, waiting for their answer, I never hacked after this ban, so I think it's the same thing... Idk
