I only got 10 reputation but I got more thanks then my posts, shouldn't that make my reputation higher? =\

Reputation goes up when someone clicks the badge on the bottom left of your post and adds to it.
Thanks and posts have nothing to do with it.

Also some rep won't be added even if the person repped you because they have default rep.

This should help you understand the other things. Like MEM LVLs, post counts, and positions.
