You're too far from the server itself . . no matter how hard you try u'll still lag

It's how far you're from the server and your internet connection that differs, changing your ip has nothing to do with your ping .

How would you know you have tried it before?
It's your internet connection, and you're far away from the servers. Fix them, then you'll receive a great ping.
