Slow-Motion / Fast-Motion / Perks?

I was recently in a game and a user named "WeaponHack" hacked the room to make it Slow-Motion, so EVERYONE in the room was walking/shooting etc in slow-motion, and then he done the opposite and changed it to fast-motion. Also, he was on my team and he started spraying loads of random guns out for the team to pick-up. And we had "Perks", which if we pressed 'E' we got a shield, or a teleport, or something of the sort.. does anyone have any idea where to get a hack like this? It would be much appreciated to MPGH users.

Dont know where to get them but i think it was ccman32 as his actual name is WeaponHack

yes, i met zzzetas and ccman32 in a sniper gallery:
ccman was "escorted" by 2 BG robots and zZzetas turned slow and fast mode one
it was awesome and the slowmotion it's perfect for a video xD

Its a private VIP hack in the making. We sometimes use it in my clan to piss the other people off.
