I know this doesn't go in general, but I am being lazy.
I got Crysis 3 a while ago, but my CD drive doesn't work.

I'm assuming you received a CD key, download Origin and fill it in there and you can download it via Origin

I found there to be very little difference between low settings and high/ultra. (Console versions looks like shit)
