[Help] How do you close a ticket?

How do you close a ticket?

Well guys I recently had problems with one of my accs and now the acc I made a ticket on (I made a ticket on two accs) can't be traded until I find a way to delete it. Since they have change their support page I have not been able to find any way to close a ticket in progress. I would really appreciate some help as I have no clue how to do this

i think you will need to wait it out.. or ask support how to delete them

First go to Z8 and log-in. Then click this link if it's not there, your ticket has already been deleted or removed by Z8.

It is still open and it is not there.

i think you should contact them for deleting it
