HelpError when opening CShell with LoadLib.exe

I get this error:Cannot find 'MSVCP80.dll when opening CShell with LoadLib.exe.
Is this cause LoadLib is outdated or did I do something wrong?
Btw this is the right section?

try to search on google for that error , it's easy to fix , but the normal loadlib will not work !!!!

You need to download MSVCP80.dll from this attachment , press [Download and Thanks] then , go have fun playing the game!
