Is there any Chrome-compatible client?
Well, I'm using Linux and the Flash Projector doesn't work so, has anyone made a Chrome compatible client and if not, could someone make one?
Thanks
You can not use a browser, this has been said over and over again, and still it keeps getting asked.... why?

Linux Flash Player Projector 11.2 [[HERE]]

Are you sure it doesn't work?

What do you mean not much factual data saying it's impossible. We KNOW it's impossible unless the client is hexed from <16.0. The factual evidence is in the constant load screen for any client >16.0 in a browser.

Not sure what you're looking for? a big chunk of code someone posted showing why it won't work?

On a different note, i can only play on a school laptop which is restricted from downloading any new applications/updates.

If anyone could hex a version 15 client i would be ever so grateful.
I KNOW where to download it from... But what do you mean it can't? Until now there was always a client that worked with Chrome.
And yeah, it doesnt work, I can connect to nexus but cant connect in any realm, any ideas?
I've tried everything...

Since 16.0+ we have not been able to play in browsers, only a projector... what client are you using?
It doesn't matter what client I am using, it's the same thing with everything...
I can't understand it. What is this Socket Server Security Error 2048?
I thought it meant that Flash doesn't like the .swf file and doesn't allow it to connect, but I gave the file the proper rights, so, what is it?

We need to find you another Linux user, @Datcoder doesn't seem to be around anymore....

EDIT: I even had a quick look over the web and it seems its a common issue with Linux on all counts
Using a browser is WAYYY more prone to lag. Jesus. USE A PROJECTOR.

How about reading the post before you write dumb shit, they are using Linux and the projectors aren't working for them, you can even google it.

And the last post was a week ago. Trying to be smart, now you just look like an idiot.

Have you got it working in a browser yet? Do you see or have you heard of anyone else that can yet?

No?.....

The fact that no one can do it at the moment not enough fact for you?
F***** great platform but flash doesn't like it XD
Anyway, does anyone generally know what socket server security error 2048 is?

I don't really know anything about the error you are getting sorry, most google results are just of people complaining about the error, not what it actually is or stands for.

Have you tried Wine? Ubuntuforums has stickies in place about it, and "should" (don't quote me here) be able to right click on (Windows) flash player.exe and select 'open with' and choose 'Wine' .......

I also saw mentions of Play4Linux and a PlayOnLinux applications that claim to run Windows .exe's

Maybe have a quick Google and have a read...

Sorry I can't help you anymore than this

EDIT: If you do manage to get a Windows version of flash projector to work, should be able to click 'File' / 'Open' and select your .swf ....... I hope
