what is the difference in combat arms and combat arms Europe isnt it like the same thing...

Hackshield version of CAEU updates more often. And I think US version uses other presets, that's why you can't use No Recoil or No Spread hacks from US on EU.

I think because of the addresses/strings (whatever the name is lol)...im no coder but thats what I "heard".

i think that USA is a test or something.... USA testes Quarantine and if it s u x then they makes an new version of Quarantine and Tests that in EU ^^ AND in USA u can hack MUCH better

whats the difference...
