need some help please

I need a proxy that's undetectable or hard to detect. Also, need some tips on how to use it with doing su.rveys. And finally something to ease up registrations. Thanks alot. PS: Before some of you start bitching bout not using google, I did, I just couldn't find a satisfying answer.
