From what I've deciphered from retard code is that you need a force OP, which is not possible.

I think he means someway round the Bukkit plugin "CrazyLogin" -- Sounds like it's a similar plugin to things like AuthMe, but possibly has ways of getting onto an Owners account. Assuming the server is cracked.
