help i got problems with UGC

i sold rotmg items to a guy , he gave me 20$ aussie ugc i bought with 10$ gold rest went to ultimatepoints , when i go to buy gold , choose ultimate game card , login it dsnt let me use ultimatepoints WTF? stupid kabam / ultimatepay... any solution? please

Go to kongregate.com>make an account>search for RotMG>go to account and click on replace account>put in main accounts email>refresh browser (after refresh it should be your account)>go to guy gold on kong>buy with UGC (basically just add kreds to your kong account)kreds=kong currency. One day I noticed I had enough UP points to buy 300usd worth of gold and I used that magical thing called google :P sorry don't mean to be an ass
!!But yes you can use them!! to buy gold.. however i used to buy aussie ugc from a friend and id only get 10usd and 5 usd gold out of itdue to currancy change..
go to the Ulitimatepay website, if you have points then you have an account. log into that account and send a support ticket asking them to add 5usd worth of gold to your realm account its a simple enough process they will then email you with a confirmation asking "are you sure" type thing just reply and with 24hrs you'll have some more gold or let it build up nom nom

I do this every time, go to ultimatepay.custhelp.com seld in a help request and they can only give you another 5 dollars of realm gold, but the next time you can do 10 and 10 with the leftover points from this time. They're great, ultimatepay can explain it to you and reply within a couple hours.
