Help

When i download some file or do any thing or copy something from a place to another and restart my pc, the things i did didn't saved, the file deleted, the file i copied still in his place.
I think the save disabled or something wrong in my windows ?
Don't say virus, i scanned my full pc and 0 detections !
Help please.

Some one tell me delete every thing except for (Default) cause i can't delete it.
I must deleted the 7 other files ?

What is your Operating System?
What is the application you use to do those downloads?

And yes, the potential of a malware IS there. It's not because you scanned with a single anti-virus that you are safe. Advanced analysis might be required if judged necessary.

- IDM [Internet Download Manager]
- Avira [Free Anti Virus]

I don't think you want to go in a full procedure of analysis/removal. So we'll try something simple.

Attempt uninstalling Internet Download manager.
Install Malwarebytes and do a full scan.
After that, try downloading a file with a browser without any third-party programs interfering.
