I dont think you can do it without a real debit card, but you can go to the marketplace and let it verify by other people for a little fee.

Na, Paypal ends up limiting the account within 2 days or so. Not worth getting it verified unless you use your legit info which I now use.
I verified my paypal before they added the new rules and shit. Back then, all you had to do was connect a debit/credit card and you're verified. Now you have to provide a SS number, Address and etc.
