Just curious, but why would using the gold neon cause a ban? You can get them from the "Free Gift" button on the launcher.

There is no such button in the Launcher. And several people who used the gift redeemer got their drivers deleted.
I've gotten at least 20 of those neons from it as well as license plates. Never heard of a "gift redeemer".
