If there's no effects are shown on the screen, do the following:
1- Download: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center
2- Download .NET Framework, Recommended version is 4.5, here is the link: Download details: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 - Microsoft Download Center
