Gif Problem

Hello,

Now, I have downloaded a lot of gifs recently but whenever I want to put it as my avatar. It stops moving and becomes a static picture.
Please help me.

My avatar gif is the only one works between the others.

What about your avatar? It's big (sort of) but still moves. Why? Or maybe there is a particular maximum size for the avatar?

Its because I'm a donor. Anyone that is Member Level 2 gets to put it bigger, donors, minions etc.

Alright, but can you tell me what is the limitation of the users like me? (Pixel constraints) Also, how can I become "Member Level 2"?
