I think you aleardy know this .. but some peoples may don`t know it !
DayZ StandAlone !
Tested on MOD! Rezult: Not working ... | Tested by : @FlyingLumberJack

How to do it ?

Enter a server
Drop your backpack on floor
Quickly exit
Rejoin the same server
Wait 60 sec ( Or how many you have )
And BooM ! You have a backpack carring and one on the floor, get what you need and ENJOY !

Ahh sweet im gonna try it now.

Just checked on DayZ epoch and it is patched as of 1.0.3.1 and up. You will end up loosing your backpack. Also many servers have an anti-dupe script. Confirmed not Working.
