Are there any iOS apps that bypass or stay hidden against school internet filters? My school has also blocked all flash and anonymous browsers from using blocked websites.

Get Hotspot Shield, I'm using Elite (took as vouch copy, you can hate me for it) and it works perfect. It's also available for Mac, iOS & Android.
Change the DNS. I am not sure what though.

B. It doesn't matter if it's free or not, it's blocked based on the category it's in.

My VPN allows me to go on everything on my school internet. Dont really need it since my school doesnt really block anything.
