I LOST $700 ABOUT 10 HOURS AGO BY TRADING MY STEAM ACCOUNT FOR A LOL ACCOUNT, I GOT FUCKING SCAMMED USING AN OFFICAL MIDDLE MAN THIS IS FUCKING TERRIBLE.

Man that is just terrible. Still im pretty sure you can get your account back from valve. In a likely scenario if you give them the credit card number you used to buy most of your games they will give it back to you.
