Probarly a leaked ebook somewhere and he has it and trying to make money from it, Maybe that's the method "Leaking free ebooks for cash" Lol

Well OP is selling this on other sites so I'm sure there will be more than 10 copies floating around (if all 10 are sold here and the others are sold from the other sites), this method will get saturated pretty quickly.
