You Will Need To Get Your d3d9.dll From Your System32 folder
So Open any folder and type in the address bar:
C:\Windows\system32
Then Find Your d3d9.dll And Copy And Paste It To Where Ever Your PerX and Formage +ElitePk's Chams and Crosshair.dll

[Tuturial (Part 2)]
Open PerX (Admin For Vista)
Type Engine.exe for proccess (Engine.exe is case sensitive)
Click Browse And Select The Files In This Order:
D3d9.dll
Formage+ElitePk's Chams and Crosshair.dll

Hotkeys: You cannot bring up the menu until you are in a game. go into a game, press DELETE. a menu should come up. left and right for off and on. press F8 to save your current settings. (if you try to activate any of the hacks labeled as 'not working' CA will crash)
