Basically What I am trying to achieve:
So essentially I had this idea with my Alienware 17 laptop (NOT the 17x). And I am trying to get the laptop inside of a NZT Phantom 410 gaming case. My idea is to have the laptop inside the case so it looks like a desktop. And it has all the functionality of one. As well as better cooling (has built in fans inside the case) to keep it from overheating.
Features That I NEED If I Want To Do This Project:
Make the power button on the case work (Connect the case power button to a wire on my computer maybe? No idea if this exists)
Allow the computer to breath while inside the case. Don't want it to overheat at all. Costs a bit of money

Have some leftover room for some LED strips inside (just for looks)
I would rather keep the computer in tact (not take it apart) during this process so that I don't risk damaging or losing parts. Although I can take it apart if needed.
Reason Why I Would Like To Do This:
It is really down to 2 things when I am trying to do this transfer / conversion. Looks, and cooling. Really just down to that. Might seem like alot of money to be putting into something just for looks and cooling when I could buy a laptop cooling product that cools much better but I really just want to complete this project because it would be something different. Plus it would look cool.
FYI:
I have not bought the case yet. That was just one I was looking at. So if you see any other "stylish" large cases that might be able to fit my 17" computer then go ahead and post away
Thanks,
