Can someone explain to me what..

I dont rly know much bout hacking so im kinda confused.. All the hax that are patched and stuff, if we get a working bypass is that all we need to get them to work again? So like that other topic the dude says he has a working bypass, so does this mean we can take that, and a injector and one of the old hax like the TNT chams or w/e and get it to work again without d/c?
