Name change question.
I tried reading the thread that's actually in the section.
It says: No changing name to a name that's already taken, regardless of last sign in date.
But, my question is, does this include if they're banned?
The name change I'm requesting to, is @Birdy, I don't know why the person is banned, but it's pointless, as that name is taken for the rest of eternity, taking up space. Where as, if it got changed, it would actually save space, by removing my current name from the database, and transferring it to that one.
If it's possible, I'll post the thread in the correct section obviously, but it says no posts outside of a request, and I don't want to get banned for posting in a request only section.
