Name change question.

I tried reading the thread that's actually in the section.
It says: No changing name to a name that's already taken, regardless of last sign in date.

But, my question is, does this include if they're banned?

The name change I'm requesting to, is @Birdy, I don't know why the person is banned, but it's pointless, as that name is taken for the rest of eternity, taking up space. Where as, if it got changed, it would actually save space, by removing my current name from the database, and transferring it to that one.

If it's possible, I'll post the thread in the correct section obviously, but it says no posts outside of a request, and I don't want to get banned for posting in a request only section.

Nope won't happen.

Even if they're banned you can't take that name, it's data is stored in the main MPGH database so you're pretty much fucked.

The person is banned because of Scamming

and it's not pointless because sometimes we, the middlemen, look back at the previous scammers to check if they came back..
Having their name changed could make it harder for us to find them ..

Banned or not, if the name is taken Liz will most likely not do the request for you

All that^ in MPGH username = log in name. If that person wishes to argue their banning in the future it would cause a lot of hassle to find them since their name is now different, and they won't even know about it. All so that other people can have some arbitrary name on a whim, that they will change a few days/weeks later anyway. Thus my denial of granting taken names.
