Help designing

So one of my relative just open a pub and she ask me to help her design a the "pamphlet" advertising thing... it like those one with the location, opening times, and what not... so If anyone can help me that would be great. (also you can just leave it blank and send me the psd and i can put in the text because it's a Vietnamese pub)

Also, the pub main theme is BEER, also what's going to be on it is mostly the pub name, opening hours, phone number, and location)

Is she paying? Ill make one if money is involved.
