The OP hasn't given us any detail on cards other than their original manufacturer and their VRAM. From that, the only thing that we can get is that 2 is bigger than 1, not that the card with 2GB of VRAM is better than the card with 2GB. The card with 2GB could be some shitty ATI card from before the All-in-wonder days but the 1GB card could be a modified GTX TITAN. You can't jump to conclusions so quickly, once the OP updates this thread then we can give him a clear answer.

Yes , I want to choose between these two , one with 2 gb ati and the other with 1 gb nvidia . No more info given , I must open the laptop to check which I can't .
