[Help] Can CS..

Can someone with CS get minion or such? I mean I know most CS are completely mindless and wouldn't be expected to get CS at all or so.. Some would even say I'm one of those but not the point. I am seriously curious if CS are allowed to apply for minion and can be accepted into having it, I've been tempted to apply for a few sections and I feel it'll be pointless if all my app will be declined because of this dumb tag.

Also if you're going to reply being hateful or saying such as that I'm a cock sucker, etc, etc, go ahead I suppose. It'll just be ignored and I won't waste my time with you. I am actually making a serious post for once, I'm asking for a serious reply. Oh and can CS tags be taken away, like if I be good and don't be annoying?
