Need Help with my minecraft server lag

Hi guys, my name is Jayr and i was wondering if any of u guys can help me, i mean my server doens't lag that mcuh but sometimes it does so you guys think u can help me??? my server's got 3gb's on it and it has 21 plugins i beleive, not sure though xDDDD

21 plguins and 3GB or RAM? That ain't gonna run well. Hell, a vanilla server on 3GB of RAM lags. Up it to 4 if you can. Anything beyond 4 is better, but 4 is a bare minimum for smooth gameplay.

You need to increase the amount of RAM on the server, or get rid of some lag creating plugins.

try to buy more ram from ur hoster

Is it actual server lag or is the server giving you bad FPS?

is it hosted?

Download more RAM. That fixes everything.
