i got a:

AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-core proccessor 4.0ghz
8GB Ram
win 7 64bit

nvdia GT610 4GB ( while im waiting on my gtx 780ti )

should this be NO lag at all for cs:go or combat arms or any counter strike series>?

Thanks alot, also NEW TO FORUMS!
Itll run over 100 for both games , I can assure you that.
Wrong Sectiooooonnnnnn.
Gerald, thanks for your reply but i had them on windows 8, and it was laggy i'm not sure why for both games. i also have a asus 144hz 1ms 27" monitor, but now i installed win7 and waiting for updates to finish to try, hope they work with no lag.
Great machine,good luck with it
The GT610 is a weak-ass dog, but the rest of your rig looks great.

instead of getting a gt 610 id go with the intel platform, a 4670k / 4690k so you have the shitty built in graphics for now

the processor is a bit better in less threaded work loads thanks to the higher performance per core

so:

better CPU
no waste GPU

profit
this shit pc came with the gt610, and my ultra gaming pc is going to get build soon
Thats actually a pretty nice build son, good luck with the build

I've got a Six core, and to be honest it's overkill unless you overclock and you know what you are doing. My recommendation, buy an intel quad core. It'll probably be around the same price and you'll get the same performance out of it. A PC will spread out a process over multiple cores. So it'll use each core a little bit. Games will not stress your cores. To stress your cores, you'll need to go into video production and rendering. Even then, you might as well upgrade RAM.

I kind of mixed a lot of ideas in this post, let me know if I am not making sense. I built my rig about 4 years ago, the only thing I regret is not getting an Intel. For some reason, Intel works smoother with things.

Either way, congrats and I hope you have a great time with your new rig.
I'm jealous. I got a quad core D: but mine is fine. can handle Most games on ultra
