Does the item come with normal retail packaging? No, for the processor it comes with alcohol pad and some thermal compound for applying your heat sink. Look below for the pictures of what it includes. Monitor generally comes with just the base monitor. Pictures below as well.
Where do these items come from and will we get billed? These item are coming from HP, and have not billed any of my customers.
Payment? I currently only accept Bitcoin and PayPal.
SE takes 3-5 days or up to a maximum of two weeks. They do not ship on weekends. (Leave me some breathing room to figure out what's going on and make sure you get your product. I will respond as soon as I can and there's no need to over react as I will refund if I feel there is nothing left I can do for you.)
Reship accounts do work but may require extra effort. Drops are accepted. Looking for someone who has MyUS to try with them. (MyUs appears to be working!)
Terms of service:
If I feel that I can do no more to get you your item, I will refund you.
If I have gotten you your package, there will be no refund.
