FAQ in RotMG Private Server Help Section
This is an incomplete FAQ as there are new questions everyday but the most frequent ones will be answered.
Red text will be the questions and black text will be the answer to it.

How to set up a server?
To set up a server, you need to choose a source to use.
There are currently 5 sources you can use.
- Trapped's Source (Old MMOE from his Github https://github.com/trapped/rotmg_svr)
- Club's Source (New MMOE from his github https://github.com/Club559/ROTMGServer)
- Old Phoenix's Source (http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=768625)

- Doomed Realms Source (http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=851271)

(If any problems occur in the tutorial, then you may ask questions but before you do, please make sure you followed through the whole entire tutorial first)
Other people cannot enter my server even though I portforwarded/got VPS/Hamachi
Did you disable your firewall? You need to disable your firewall for a hamachi server.
For the VPS server, add the ports 2050, 80 (or it could be 8080 or 8888 depending on your server's port it is running on)
Did you change the client's ip with Yogda or Rabcadasm? (In some cases, Yogda is easier to use especially for the Old and New MMOE sources whereas the Phoenix and Doomed sources are better off with Rabcadasm)
How to make myself admin?
You need the program called Heidisql (or at least it is recommended) and once installed, you will come to a screen that looks like this:
In the password box, enter the password you set. Default: botmaker (recommended you change it)
Then in the Accounts/Data table, find the Column that says "Role" or "Rank" (Depends which rank you use)
and then make it 5 (or the number for the admin rank found in wServer/realm/entities/player/player.cs)
You will now be an admin
How to make maps?
When you open your client, make sure you are admin on your server. Then you click on the new tab [Editor] that wouldn't appear for normal users and then you will come to this new screen where you have this area where you can place ground, objects and regions in.

There are plenty of tutorials available so if one of them don't make sense, another is bound to.
