Yeah, I was going a different route with it, doing a check on the bottom toolbar area was my most recent try. It seems to be working, so I'll run with it. Thanks for the idea though.

Since you can send the skip map commands during the map loading screen and it works, Autovin detected the loading bar then sent the commands... Then I detected chat or forfeit button to know the map was loaded(chat shows before anything).

i don't know in what language this is written but in VB6 you can send postmessage()/sendmessage() API to send mouse movements and clicks. by using this you could alt-tab vindictus (not minimize)...? so you can play other games while the bot is on or something? and also with the Postmessage API you could get the screen (screenshot) while its not on the foreground. for pixel detection or something. if you need any help at VB6 or something else i would be pleased to help :P

I've never seen a way to get a screenshot from a background window, please show an example..

If it was that easy we wouldn't be scripting in autoit.

It's written through Auto-IT. I'm not much of an actual programmer. I just put this bot together piece by piece over the course of a few weeks.

That sounds like it could be quite useful, if I could figure out how to actually write all of those functions properly. Are you proficient in AutoIT at all, because if so, I can send you some code, and you can show me how to write it up in VB6.
