Red Sparrow - actually quiet liked it, doubt I’d watch again but kept me thinking from start to finish, didn’t need loads of action and car chases.
guys been waiting for the perfect recommendation for 5 months now lol!
Lego Movie 2
Very enjoyable, loved all the pop culture references, quite a lot of laughs too.
Fat Kid Rules the World
Inception, Another Earth, Mr. Nobody, The Fountain, Cloud Atlas.
Goodfellas is great movie you can put on at any time
I just finished a documentary, Free Solo, about a guy who climbs cliffs/mountains/anything higher than 200m without safety measures
It's insane, and I highly recommend
Other than that;
Rounders, about a gifted poker player who tries to win his money back from a Russian mobster, while dealing with his hustler friend
Porco Ross, an anime about an Man-Pig who flies a pretty red plane
Whiplash, which showcases the relationship between an aspiring jazz drumming student and his psychotic lecturer
12 Angry Men, super-good movie, once you get over the fact it's a super old movie
