It smoked up and everything. Luckly its an EVGA card and they provide a 3 year warranty for their GPUs if you buy them from a verified merchant (Amazon was verified). So I get a new card for free.

What did you do lol, over clock too much without a cooler? My Gpu exploded before, it was because the one i bought was on eBay and one of the capacitor and circuit was missing. It was a gtx 560ti.

It honestly wasn't that dusty. Not sure how I can make it any cooler in my case cause I already have 4 fans inside my rig. I can add more but if I recall anything over 4 fans is a waste and won't get any cooler.
