China scraps construction of 85 coal power plants, aims to invest in renewable energy instead
China has stopped the construction of 85 coal power plants in order to meet a government coal capacity target that has been laid out for in its latest plan for social and economic development. The National Energy Administration (NEA) has announced that projects that are currently under construction would no long go ahead. Instead, the National Energy Administration has decided that it would invest 2.5 trillion yuan ($361 billion USD) into renewable energy technology and power generation by 2020. Energy - and the energy market as a whole, has been slowly shifting away from coal power and moving towards greener, cleaner, and more energy efficient technologies. The investment will reportedly create over 13 million jobs in the sector, with new renewable energy sources including wind, hydro, solar, and nuclear. China, and the United States, which are the two countries that, in total, account for roughly 38 per cent of global carbon emissions, successfully ratified the Paris Climate Accord in 2016, which outlines a promise to reduce carbon emissions in order to limit temperature increases. However, due to the new US president Donald Trump, the future of the Paris Climate Accord seems bleak.

Four new leaked Overwatch skins with the year of the rooster?
The confirmed new Overwatch update "Year of the Rooster" Is releasing on the 24th. To celebrate the Chinese new year, and we may have gotten an early look at some of the new skins coming into the game with this update. According to this "leaked" Chinese advertisement. In this advert we see four characters in traditional Chinese folk tale attire, Journey to the west.This leak was posted by a reddit user by the name of "hythl0day" Who says a Chinese player "accidentally found an ad about the 'free week' event of OW in China." According to the reddit user the transcript roughly translates to: "Journey to the West limited skins. Year of the Rooster, free trial: January 24 - January 31."

The four skins we see in this advert have been used many times before in other games and pop culture, as they are Characters from a famous Chinese novel. According to PC Gamer this is roughly how the skins relate to the Chinese novel. "Zenyatta's skin is the Buddhist monk Xuanzang, also referred to as Tang Sanzang or, in some English translations, Tripitaka, while the three tank heroes are dressed as the monk's three disciples: Winston is Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King, Roadhog is the pig monster Zhu Bajie, and Reinhardt is Sha Wujing, a sand monster that terrorized a river. " We don't have anything else to go on other then this leak so we cannot be 100% sure that this is real and will actually be implemented into the game but the quality of this poster and the character design is very promising. Either way I'm looking forward to the seasonal Overwatch update on the 24th.

For Honor - Faction War Feature

Ubisoft released a new trailer showing off the Faction War metagame. Technically when you start the game you choose 1 of the factions:

Knights
Samurai
Vikings

The factions will be in war as always for territory. Every single fight you win/lose will be considered in your faction territory. Interesting in this metagame is that it will not be limited to your gaming platform, the information about battles will be collected from PS4, Xbox One and PC to calculate the territory gains and losses.Faction wars will be played on season model, at the end of each season, the players from the winning faction will be awarded special rewards. Needed to be noted is that if you pledged for example to the Vikings, your scores will always go for the Viking, even if you decide to get some plays with Knights/Samurais.

At the end of every multiplayer match, you will be awarded a certain number of War Assets depending on your performance. Those War Assets can then be distributed in 3 ways:

All War Assets are spent on one single contested Territory
War Assets are spent equally on all contested Territories
If you do not manually invest War Assets, they will be automatically allocated for you

Everyone who plays in the Beta will be rewarded with exclusive in-game loot. Visit the Rewards section for details, as more rewards are still to be announced.
The beta will launch 26Jan-29Jan.

Beeline: The Bike Compass
Bike compasses have been a thing for a while now. In heavily populated cities, one of the main modes of transportation are bikes so it's natural for people to have a navigation system for them. Alternatively you can use smart phone as a GPS but they tend to get bulky and aren't always water proof. This is where conventional all purpose bike navigation systems come into play. Not only are they small but they can also withstand a multitude of environmental factors such as rain, dirt, and falls. The Beeline is the newest bike navigation to hit the market and it has the bike world buzzing. Right off the bat, the Beeline is a very minimalistic and compact navigation system. There aren't many fancy buttons and it isn't bulky at all. The UI is as simple as you can get. The general idea behind this product is it points you to the general direction of your destination. Instead of having to follow a set path, riders can choose where they want to go. This works great with bikes because unlike motor vehicles, bicycles can pretty much be taken everywhere. If you want to cut through a park or take a shortcut, the navigation system accommodates that for you. Riders are not bound to a single path and can pretty much go where they want to at any time. The device to set to be launched with a $120 price tag.

Windows 10's new power slider lets you improve battery life or performance
A new Windows 10 feature is being tested by Microsoft that will allow users to adjust power options quickly in order to improve the performance and battery life. Microsoft has added a power slider option to the taskbar’s main battery section, which helps improving Windows 10’s power management greatly. At the moment, Windows 10 users need to use the classic Control Panel interface to be able to adjust power preferences, but this power slider makes it a lot more easier for anyone who wants to quickly adjust their battery life. This feature is part of a new Windows 10 build (15014) which is currently under tests by Windows Insiders, and Microsoft is promising to keep on improving battery life in the upcoming versions of the Windows. A new book store is included in the latest update along with the ability of picking a custom color for the accent colors found on Windows 10. The company is also adding a new option which allows Windows 10 to automatically delete temporary files and items that have been in the recycle bin for 30 days in order to free up space on a computer. All of these features will be delivered as a part of the Windows 10 Creators Update in April by Microsoft. You can also sign up to be a Windows Insider if you want to test the features early and access the fast ring releases before April.

Joey Badass - Land of the Free
Joey Badass informed the public he was going to be making a song in tribute to MLK Jr., and he's delivered on that promise. This politically charged anti-white supremacy tune has a gospel synth old school beat which continues through the end of the song even with a lack of vocals for over a minute. This song is said to be the first single of his upcoming studio album. Many references to current politics and the new President of the United States are made, as well as tributes to Martin Luther King Jr. and his followers. The song is intended to test your mind and produce political thought. Personally I didn't enjoy the song at all, and I thought the beat was washed and dated. According to WSHH and Complex my opinion is the opposite of reality. Take a listen to the track and let me know what you think.
I give this track a 4 / 10. It didn't meet my production standards and overall seemed washed.

J. Cole - High For Hours
Out of nowhere, J. Cole decided to drop a brand new song titles "High For Hours." The track is produced by Elite and Cam O'bi. The song wasn't included on Cole's most recent album, 4 Your Eyez Only, which dropped back in December. On the track, Cole reminates about his encounter with President Barack Obama during a visit to the White House. Cole raps, "I had a convo with the President, I paid to go and see him/ Thinkin' about the things I said I'd say when I would see him/ Feelin' nervous, sittin' in a room full of white folks/ Thinkin' about the black man plight, think I might choke/ Nope, raised my hand and asked a man a question/ Does he see the struggle of his brothers in oppression?/ And if so, if you got all the power and the clout/ As the President, what's keepin' you from helpin' n---as out?" Besides delving deep into his meeting with Obama, J. Cole also tackles various topics ranging from religion, Osama Bin Laden's death and police brutality in his hometown of Fayetteville. He raps, "For real? I thought this was 'Thou shalt not kill'/ But police still lettin' off on n---as in the Ville/ Claimin' that he reached for a gun/ They really think we dumb and got a death wish/ Now somebody's son is layin' breathless". It's very clear that even with his new album out, J. Cole is still has plenty to say and will use his art to do just that.

Andy Murray knocked out of Australian Open in fourth round
The world number one tennis player, Andy Murray was knocked out of Australian Open by Mischa Zverev who is ranked 50 spots below him. The German 29 years old Zverev produced an amazing 7-5 5-7 6-2 6-4 victory in a matter of 3 hours and 34 minutes to reach the win of his life against Murray. A three-time Grand Slam champion and a two-time Olympic gold medalist, Murray’s reached the Australian Open final five times. He lost to Federer in 2010, and Djokovic four times in a row. Zverev was ranked outside the world's top 1,000 players two years ago. German player Zverev did a good job to return to the lights, especially in his last match against Murray, he played aggressively and that's what made him win. Murray hadn't lost to anyone in Melbourne with a ranking as low as Zverev's since Juan Ignacio Chela in 2006. He admitted that this defeat was tough to deal with, and said Zverev deserved to win. "I'm sure I'll come back okay from it. But right now I'm obviously very down because I wanted to go further in this event, and it wasn't to be." Murray said.

Nasty Woman, a presidential art exhibition
Not happy with all the racism and sexism that has come along with the presidential image, around 600 to 700 artists came together as one for a very strong exhibition called "Nasty Women." The group exhibition is located at Knockdown Center and consists on works done by those artists and activists with unique images of action, education, and solidarity. It all came together after 2 artist made a online posts which went viral. This is not just a exhibition where artists show their feelings about recent events, but also for a great organization that is set to protect women's rights. Over $40,000 were raised for similar organization as well.

League of Legends Hacks
This week @Zaczero brought us a splendid League of Legends Hacked client! This hacked client is extremely simple to use as always. But always be cautious while using you don't wanna get banned. This week's hack obviously features tools for you to use in game; Some of these tools and hacks are: ZoomHack, Pattern Scan, and Backup! There is much information and more on the thread! If you'd like to check the rest of the hacks and the many many tools and get information and what they do please read the thread. This hack is extremely useful. League of Legends is a massively multi-player game which will always satisfy your gaming needs! I will for sure be using it. So as always, it's easy to use, and as well a very easy installation as well so no need to worry about that! Have fun using this hack!

Runescape Hacks / Bots

This week we are featuring the Runescape Hacks / Bots section, which is currently moderated by [MPGH]Raple, [MPGH]Buddie, and [MPGH]Wyo.
Runescape is a MMORPG game, built off Java, and using 3D rendering. This game has been played for 16 years and is still being played and streamed as of now.
This game is great to play during your free time when you don't want to play something too intense. You can easily farm and build your economy on this game.
If you are really lazy, you can visit the MPGH section for some bots to use such as the fishing bot. This allows you to farm and build your economy on the game without having to do anything. A whole full day with the bot and you'll be rich.
