If you want it to be basic, you could find someone here to help. However, if you ought to look for a better one, you should contact a company. If you are ready to pay someone here, I don�t see why you would not pay elsewhere. When I started my business, I needed a site and some software stuff, but I didn't know how to get them. I had found some ********* theme development services online, and they helped me. You could look if they still offer such things. I wish you good luck.
