I try this command in two games and here my experience:
Pros : easy to see enemies when you're in the building (nice view window).
Cons: when walking halfway stuck and don't know why.
That walls doesn't mean building's wall. It mean short wall which you have to crouch jump to pass (but can't see).

anyone know command remove shadow to increase FPS ?

they block reshade too
Did they change folder of .ini files? because my changes dont work on appDataLocal and if i delete them , they dont appear after login game and go in a to a battle.
So with the no bars on windows are you able to actually shoot through them or does it still act as if it is hitting them?
