No you are not banned. When it does that it means you're stupid and you forgot the password or something. OR, someone hacked your account and switched your pw. you can see if you are banned if you go to a specific site on the site. i forgot what it was.

When u are banned and try to log it, appears window with : Can't login to test server. So u are not banned, propably hacked or u forgot good pass.
